7) No kicking staff member when monitoring channel. Channel will be monitored for short minute.
Terms and Agreement
By Connecting to our server You agree to follow our guideline and rules.
Staff reserve right to monitor channel at any time they are allowed to answer question or refuse to answer question if the question is not chat related.
You are allowed to create your own channel free of charge.
We have provided a donation link if you would like to donate to us.
Donation will be used to keep the server up even though the chat is free for you we are paying to run the chat on a server.
We do not charge for channel so if anyone charge you to pay before joining a channel contact a staff immediately by joining

Our staff will investigate and will remove the channel and terminate
the user.
Channel are free to use and you are allowed to create your own rule however your rule must be met with our
rule and guideline
User who has there own channel is allowed to sell there own product
such as VPN hosting, Web Hosting, VPS Hosting or
other product long you own the right to them.
Though staff will not interfere with your channel. Staff reserve right to monitored as mention above.
Remember Server rule (MOTD) override all. Your channel rule will not override our rule.
User has the right to limit there channel set +i (invite only) to only allowed certain user to join.
They can also lock the channel by setting a password /mode #Channel +k password
